The guardrails are human.
AI is our tool. We decide what it measures, where it stops, and who has the final say. This page is the posture, written plainly.
We do not live in the matrix; the matrix lives in us - in the rhythm of a stride, in the way weight settles onto a heel. The pattern belongs to the person. The technology only learns to read it.
That belief decides how we build. The human stays in front of the technology, not behind it. AI does the counting; people do the deciding. And every system we ship has edges - edges we drew on purpose, and can point to.
Deterministic and bounded
Our analysis is engineered to behave the same way every time. Same input, same answer. The models run inside limits we set, doing a job we defined, and nothing else - no open-ended system improvising on someone's data. When interpretation matters, a person makes the final call. The system informs. It does not rule.
Privacy by design
Data about how a body moves is data about a person. We treat it that way from the first sketch, not as a policy stapled on at the end. Collection is scoped to its purpose. We gather what is needed, keep it no longer than needed, and never quietly repurpose it for something you did not agree to.
Data minimization, starting here
The principle begins with this website. The site keeps only contact cards - the name, details and message you choose to leave us. No trackers dressed up as features. No shadow profiles. If you never write to us, we hold nothing of yours.
Auditable. Reproducible. Certifiable.
We hold the work to a standard a stranger could check. Auditable: the record of what the system did is there to examine. Reproducible: run it again, get the same result. Certifiable: built so an independent body could test it against what we say it does. Notice that the last word is certifiable, not something stronger. The stronger word has to be earned from someone else - it is not ours to hand ourselves. So we build to earn it, and until then we do not use it.
Wellness, plainly
Bio_Sole is wellness technology. It helps people notice and understand their own movement, balance and wellbeing. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we do not write sentences that pretend otherwise. Awareness is the product. What a person does with that awareness is theirs - shared with the people they trust, on their own terms.
Accessibility and dignity
A technology you stand on has to work for the bodies that actually stand on it - slow mornings, uneven strides, a cane in one hand, no patience for one more screen. We design for those bodies first. And dignity is a design value, not a slogan: measurement should never feel like surveillance, and insight should never feel like judgment. The aim is simple - a person who understands their own movement a little better.
None of this is a compliance layer bolted onto a product. It is the product. We named our verification identity Ground_Truth™ because the order of the words matters: measure, verify, trust. Trust comes last because it has to be earned - by systems that behave, by guardrails that hold, by people who stay responsible for what their tools do.
We built the guardrails first. Everything else stands on them.
Question the guardrails.
If a decision this page describes sounds like something we should not be trusted to make alone, say so. That is exactly the kind of note this page exists to receive.
See how we govern it.
The commitments on this page are kept as practices, not promises. Regulatory Transparency is where we write them down.
