This website is published by Bio_Sole, the American arm of Autonomous_ID, a Canadian company. It exists to explain who we are and what we build: wellness technology that observes how a person stands and moves. Everything here is informational. By using the site, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it. How we handle personal information is a separate document - see our Privacy page.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Bio_Sole is wellness technology. It is designed to support awareness of how you stand and move and of general wellbeing - not to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition. The words on these pages are written the same way. If you have questions about your health, talk to a qualified health professional, and do not delay or replace professional care because of something you read here.
Acceptable use
Use this site in good faith. Do not interfere with its operation, probe or test its security, or harvest its content at scale. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Bio_Sole or Autonomous_ID. Do not republish our content commercially without written permission. Reading, linking and quoting with attribution are welcome.
Intellectual property
BIO_SOLE® is a registered word mark. The foot icon carries ™, and so does Ground_Truth™. The text, images and design of this site are protected by copyright. None of it transfers to you by visiting. You may not use our marks, or reproduce substantial portions of the site, without written permission.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and current, and it will still sometimes lag behind the work itself. The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bio_Sole and Autonomous_ID are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site. Some pages link to other organizations; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. We may update them from time to time; when we do, the revised version will be posted on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. If anything here is unclear, ask us. Plain questions get plain answers.
